Maximum miles per day is 200, and if you go over that mileage during your booking there will be a fee of $0.50 charged per mile over. Odometer readings will be taken before and after a trip to track how many miles you went during your trip.

This is a great question! Yes, personal insurance is required for your booking.

The vehicle is located in a secure and easily accessible parking garage 5 minutes from the John Wayne Airport and right by the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. To assist in finding the vehicle, I am going to send you some more specific instructions with images through SMS messaging the same night you book.

Once you have arrived at the car, you will then be prompted to start the check-in process. At that time, you will take pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle along with pictures of the odometer and gas level/battery. There will also be a transponder that will allow you access inside and outside the parking structure.

At the end of your trip, you’ll return the car to the same parking structure as before in any available spot. Please take photos before you leave to complete the checkout process.

For guests booking an airport drop off at John Wayne Airport or hotel drop off, I am going to be reimbursing you for your drop off fee and sending over an Uber voucher through SMS messaging the day before your trip so that you may use for transportation to and from the address provided. John Wayne Airport is 5 minutes from the location of the car with drivers available any time of the day. If your booking is over a week-long, we can offer valet for convenience 🙂

Instructions will be sent the night of your booking so that you can plan accordingly for your upcoming trip. For same-day bookings, instructions will be sent right away.

Fees vary and we will send those over in your welcome message to set expectations for your booking.

The charging station adaptor is located in the glove box and takes roughly 12 hours for a full charge at the Charge Point station. Supercharging is the preferred charging option and takes roughly 60-90 minutes for a full charge. Any charges made on the trip will be billed directly to the guest after booking with invoices attached for the total amount. The vehicle is linked to our Tesla account already so you don’t have to do anything on your end!
